About Kfir Adut
Kfir Adut is a founder, nonprofit CEO, and product and operations leader based in Tel Aviv, Israel. He works across applied AI, product strategy and operations: he founded Neomy.ai, and he is CEO of Hashahaf, an Israeli nonprofit community. I build products, operating systems and communities that turn ambiguous problems into useful outcomes.
My work sits at the intersection of applied AI, product strategy and operations. I like problems where the path is not obvious: finding the real constraint, testing the smallest useful version and building a system that can keep improving after the first launch.
I founded Neomy.ai to help teams make better use of their marketing data. Seven companies joined pilots and four became paying customers. The experience reinforced a principle I bring to every project: traction matters, but so do the dependencies and operating model behind it.
I am also CEO of Hashahaf, an Israeli nonprofit community with more than 1,000 members and over 35 activities each year. That work has taught me that good community systems need the same things as good products: a clear purpose, useful feedback loops and consistent execution.
Alongside company and nonprofit work, I build and test new products across decision tools, consumer software and games. I studied Philosophy, Politics and Economics in Tel Aviv University's honors program.
Across all of this work, my approach stays the same: make the problem concrete, build evidence quickly and turn the learning into the next decision.
